Day 1: Mombasa – Tsavo East National Park
  • Your experienced driver/guide will warmly pick you in Mombasa, ready to kickstart your unforgettable Kenyan safari adventure.
  • Depart Mombasa for Tsavo East which is separated by Mombasa highway.
  • Explore different areas of the park, including the scenic Chyulu Hills and the iconic Rhino Valley, which is home to a significant population of black rhinos.
  • Spend the morning game viewing around the park, focusing on specific species or exploring the park’s unique features like the Yatta Plateau or the Athi River.
  • Embark on an exhilarating afternoon game drive in search of the iconic Big 5 (lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and buffaloes), as well as other captivating species such as giraffes, zebras, impalas, gazelles, oryx, baboons, monkeys, and a diverse array of vibrant bird-life.
  • Settle into your comfortable safari camp/lodge nestled in the heart of Tsavo East, ready to be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Day 2: Tsavo East – Amboseli National Park

  • Depart Tsavo East and journey to the breathtaking Amboseli National Park, renowned for its iconic views of the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro. (approximately  3 hrs drive)
  • Enjoy a thrilling morning game drive to spot the powerful elephants, magnificent lions, elusive leopards, and graceful cheetahs, along with giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, buffaloes, baboons, and a rich tapestry of bird-life.
  • Visit a Maasai village and immerse yourself in the captivating culture of this iconic African tribe, learning about their traditional way of life and customs.
  • Spend the night at a safari camp/lodge in Amboseli, where you can relax and reflect on the day’s extraordinary encounters.

Day 3: Amboseli – Lake Nakuru National Park

  • Depart Amboseli after an early breakfast and journey towards Lake Nakuru National Park (approximately 7 hours) viewing the stunning scenery of Kenya’s Great Rift Valley on your way.
  • A stopover at a scenic viewpoint to admire the stunning view and take photos of the Great Rift valley. Hand-made souvenirs may be bought here from local artisans as they amuse you with myths and folktales about how the Rift Valley came to be.
  • Arrive at your lodge/budget hotel and savor a delicious lunch.
  • Embark on an evening game drive, discovering the park’s diverse wildlife, including white rhinos, black rhinos, hippos, lions, leopards, buffalos, and the endangered Rothschild giraffes.
  • Witness the mesmerizing sight of thousands of pink flamingos along the lake’s shores.
  • Enjoy dinner and spend a comfortable night at the camp/lodge, surrounded by the tranquility of Lake Nakuru.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara Game Reserve

  • Depart Lake Nakuru and journey to the legendary Masai Mara Game Reserve, the crown jewel of Kenya’s wildlife destinations.
  • Arrive and check-in at the camp/lodge and enjoy a delicious lunch.
  • Embark on exhilarating morning and afternoon game drives through the vast Mara plains, in search of the Big 5 and other captivating species such as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelles, topi, eland, hyenas, jackals, vultures, and over 350 bird species.
  • Opt for a thrilling hot air balloon safari at sunrise, offering a unique aerial perspective of the Mara’s breathtaking landscapes and wildlife (additional cost).
  • Spend the night at a safari camp/lodge in the Masai Mara, ready to immerse yourself in the magic of this extraordinary ecosystem.

Day 5: Masai Mara

  • Start the day with an early morning game drive after a hearty breakfast, as the sun rises over the vast savannahs of Maasai Mara witnessing predators on the hunt and herbivores grazing peacefully in the golden light.
  • Witness the incredible diversity of animals, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, Thomson’s and Grant’s gazelles, topi, eland, hyenas, jackals, vultures, and an astonishing array of bird-life.
  • Take a break for a bush picnic lunch amidst the wilderness, surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.
  • Stop by the Mara River which is the center stage of the 8th wonders of the world and witness the Great Wildebeest Migration (which occurs every year from July-September).
  • Visit a Maasai village, engage with the local community, and learn about their captivating traditions and way of life.
  • Spend another night at your safari camp/lodge in the Masai Mara, filled with anticipation for the final day of your Kenyan adventure.

Day 6: Masai Mara – Mombasa

  • Depart the Masai Mara and make your way back to Mombasa, with a final game viewing opportunity to spot the iconic lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, antelopes, baboons, and diverse bird-life.
  • Arrive at Mombasa Airport in time for your departure flight, carrying with you memories that will last a lifetime.
